While a tried and true West Village staple, Arthur’s Tavern needed a facelift. Gone are the days of sticky floors and battered wooden back bars. This elegant new design boasts rich colors and brassy fixtures as an homage to the jazz age of New York. Drawing on the bar’s past, vintage inspired elements, such as an ornamental bar / back bar and giving recognition to all those who have been there before us, this bar update keeps an eye on the past but brings Arthur’s into a new era.
