The ba/nd bench’s goal was to take a piece of plywood - a typical and often overlooked construction material - and make it into something visually beautiful. By laminating pre-cut pieces together to create an almost butcher block of endless lines, the minimalistic design of the bench is only aided by the interesting edge texture of the plywood itself.
